Restoration begins with recognizing the pattern.

I am drawn to patterns; in bodies, in behavior, in rhythms, and in the subtle places where something has shifted long before symptoms demand attention.

When I speak of activation, I am not referring to force or optimization.

I am referring to supporting what is already alive so it can restore, regulate, and respond in its own timing.

The same rhythms exist across living bodies.

Stress patterns. Compensation patterns. Restoration patterns.

Whether in a woman navigating fatigue, a horse expressing tension, or a dog experiencing recurring imbalance, I begin in the same place:

What is the system attempting to communicate?

The body signals before it breaks.

My work is to help interpret those signals and support coherence rather than override them.

Sometimes, pattern recognition is enough on its own.

Sometimes it benefits from conversation.

If you would like support exploring what may be activating beneath the surface, in your own health or in the health of an animal in your care, there are two private pathways available.

Both are designed to support clarity without urgency and integration without overwhelm.

My work is to help interpret those signals and support coherence rather than override them.

Private Activation Session

$333

A 1:1 live conversation to explore the patterns present in your current health landscape.

Together, we identify underlying rhythms, clarify what may be contributing to imbalance, and outline supportive next steps rooted in restoration.

Available for women, horses, & dogs.

Pattern Review & Video Guidance

$177

If you prefer reflection without live conversation, you may submit your history, your horse's history, or your dog's history along with your current concerns for a recorded video response.

You receive a detailed pattern-level review and activation-focused insight you can revisit at your own pace.

Available for women, horses, & dogs.

Hi, I'm Angie Wells.

I’ve spent years paying attention to rhythm, misalignment, and what happens when we stop forcing systems that were never designed to be overridden.

What I hear and observe...

  • I pay attention to rhythm and pattern, not just outcomes.
  • I’m drawn to what is natural, embodied, and honest. Both in humans and animals.
  • I trust the body’s design and believe support begins with listening, not overriding.
  • I hold faith and discernment together, without outsourcing authority.
