A Sacred Conversation Between Body, Faith, and the Herd

This isn’t a place for rigid rules or one-size-fits-all fixes. It’s a quiet corner of the internet where horsewomen can explore the connection between their health and the way they show up for their horses, their callings, and their Creator.

You won’t find wellness trends or performance-driven pressure here. Instead, you’ll find a slow unfolding. A space to explore how your body speaks, how your horse mirrors, and how God moves in the in-between.

For me, health has never been a straight line. I’ve lived in a body that’s held trauma, fatigue, and unexplained symptoms. I’ve sat in rooms with doctors who didn’t see me. And still, God never left. In fact, it was often in those quiet, broken places that He spoke the loudest.

The posts here reflect that journey. They’re not prescriptions. They’re reflections. On nervous system regulation. On seasonal shifts. On the ways Qigong, Chinese Medicine, or essential oils might serve as tools, not saviors, as we honor these bodies He entrusted to us.

Romans 1:20 reminds us that God’s invisible nature, His eternal power, and divine presence can be clearly seen through what He has made. This includes the rhythms of creation. The design of your body. Even the behavior of your horse.

That’s why I write here. Not to prove a point, but to offer a pause. To invite you into a deeper awareness of your health, not as a project to fix, but as a sacred relationship to tend.

You may find language here that’s unfamiliar. That’s okay.

You may see approaches you’ve been taught to question. That’s okay too.

Everything shared here is filtered through faith, offered with openness, and grounded in prayer.

You don’t need to agree with everything to belong here. You don’t need to be healed to be whole. And you don’t need to leave your faith outside the barn or the body to care deeply for both.

Welcome to the Health and Rhythm blog. May it be a place where your spirit exhales, your body softens, and your soul remembers that God meets us in the very cells of our being… and sometimes, in the breath of a horse.
